For Employers

Pre-Employment Drug Testing

Catch problems before they are on your payroll. LabX makes pre-employment drug testing fast and defensible β€” order kits, collect (observed or at a clinic), and get lab-confirmed results to your dashboard, with every positive backed by LC-MS/MS.

How employer pre-employment testing works

Set up an account, buy a prepaid kit bundle, and register each candidate against a kit barcode. Results post to your employer portal automatically. Choose a 12-panel or 12-panel.

Cost & turnaround

Prepaid bundles keep per-test cost predictable; negatives typically report in 24–48 hours. See drug test cost and bundle pricing.

Talk to a licensed physician

Test results support workplace decisions but are not a medical diagnosis. Anyone with questions about a result or their health should talk to a licensed physician. Employer screening results are reviewed by licensed and trained Medical Technologists; LabX does not currently offer Medical Review Officer (MRO) review, and employers can speak with a LabX toxicologist about a result. See our medical disclaimer.
